Richard Peebles, an Associate Principal with DaVinci Development Collaborative LLC, brings more than 38 years of industry experience to our firm. He is extremely knowledgeable and seasoned in all aspects of construction management and is a gifted problem solver. Richard’s vast experience spans multiple building types, and he brings valuable management skills from leading multiple project teams. Providing overview and input from this perspective, Richard serves as an interface with our clients and contractors regarding contract negotiation, scheduling, pricing, change orders, staffing, and logistics. He is also integral in contractor and designer solicitation and procurement processes.

Richard is contributing to our project management efforts on the projects for First Presbyterian Church Atlanta, the East Lake Land Trust development affordable housing development, the Rowen project in Gwinnett County, and the Atlanta Public Safety Training Complex.

Prior to joining DaVinci Development, Richard served as a director with Gleeds, where he began his tenure in the Project Management side of the industry. Previously he worked in an executive leadership role with general contractors including Beck, Hardin, McCarthy, and Flournoy, in market segments including office, retail, healthcare, higher ed, religious, residential, industrial, student housing, and multi-family.

Richard was raised in Columbus, Ga, and returned in 2019 after residing and working in locations around the Southeast and Midwest. In his free time, he can often be found on a golf course or hiking trail.
