Collaborator
Marisa Antolino brings broad experience in real estate development including programming and planning land developments, underwriting and executing acquisitions, procuring financing across the capital stack, and executing and managing development projects. She brings a grounded, financial investment perspective to projects, coupled with the tendency for innovative, creative thinking. Since 2015, Marisa has provided a range of consulting services to real estate deals and developments for both individual investors and small companies.
As a Collaborator consulting with DaVinci Development since 2019, Marisa has dedicated herself to development roles in a myriad of projects. Among these is advisory on a 23-acre former IRS Site in Covington, KY, in which she helped create innovative programming, supported the property acquisition, and analyzed best private investment opportunities to meet the City’s jobs creation, tax revenue, and community-benefit goals. She helped secure easements and resolve acquisition issues with mixed-use project Waldo’s in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta; provided development and financial advisory on Gwinnett’s Water Tower Innovation Center in Buford, GA; and executed financial strategies and procurement along with pre-development and entity management while partnering with Atlanta Land Trust on a permanently affordable 40-unit residential development project in East Lake, Atlanta.
Marisa spent 2019 consulting simultaneously in real estate private equity, in which she sourced, underwrote, and packaged student housing, multifamily, and hotel development projects for private investors, assisting in management of $70M private investment in a $350M mixed-use development project.
Marisa’s real estate career officially began at Jacoby Development in Atlanta, where she had exposure to large, catalytic projects and big-idea dealmakers. She worked alongside legal counsel to navigate complex pre-development and due diligence issues to successfully acquire multiple land assets for development. During that time, she was selected for Georgia Forward’s Young Gamechangers program – in which her team worked together to propose innovative initiatives for change through land planning and programming in Douglasville/Douglas County, GA.
Marisa is passionate about prioritizing community benefit in all projects.
