Jerri Tuck, Collaborator of DaVinci Development Collaborative, LLC, focuses on program management, project management, and scheduling assignments in the construction and real estate development industry. Jerri brings more than 20 years of project management experience with an extensive background that spans across ground-up and tenant improvement projects for corporate, healthcare, and industrial clients. With her roots in complex construction, Jerri’s expertise lies specifically in understanding and managing risk for cost-sensitive projects through effective design and construction techniques, preconstruction pricing, and project cost controls.

Jerri has managed design and construction for $1 billion in projects for clients such as Anthem, SPX, Sykes, Bank of America, Time Warner Cable, Verizon, Wells Fargo, and Accenture. Jerri has a proven track record of successfully managing budgets, schedules, and multi-discipline teams – ranging from owners (private, public and nonprofits), architects (design and architect of record), engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Her responsibilities have included coordination of all phases of project management services from strategic planning to on-site execution and occupancy.

Currently, Jerri is collaborating with DaVinci on the management of the expansion of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
