Recognized for her ability to guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion, Jenny brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex projects and achieving project goals.
Most recently, Jenny served as Commercial Segment Leader at McMillan Pazdan Smith, where she supported business development and project pursuit across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Before that, Jenny spent nine years at Cooper Carry, whereas Associate Principal in the Mixed-Use Studio she directed entitlements, design, consultant coordination, and construction-phase services for more than $430 million. She built and led a 16-person, multi-disciplinary team through the delivery of more than 40 projects, setting the standard for the studio's project leadership while working directly with clients including Trammell Crow Company, Related Group, Portman Residential, and Terwilliger Pappas.
Jenny is actively engaged in Atlanta's planning and development community, chairing the Midtown Neighbors Association Land Use Committee and serving on the Midtown Development Review Committee, where she has provided community and design input on major initiatives including the Atlanta Botanical Garden expansion, the Amsterdam Walk redevelopment, and Atlanta's Zoning 2.0 rewrite. These civic roles have further strengthened her ability to evaluate development proposals, balance competing stakeholder interests, and build consensus around complex projects.
