Chuck Winstead, President of the Winstead Group Inc., concentrates on consulting with real estate owners on their development, renovation, construction and operations implementation. Chuck brings more than 35 years of experience in the development, construction and property management of commercial, medical, mixed-use and residential real estate projects, with positions consisting of superintendent with Holder Construction, Development Senior Project Manager at Trammel Crow, 16 years as Vice President and Group President of Beers Construction, Principal with Gellerstedt Group, and Senior Vice President of Cousins Properties. He not only provides expertise on projects developed and operated for commercial entities for about 30 facilities, but also for government municipalities, nonprofit organizations, stadiums and arenas.

Chuck received a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of South Florida.
