Brad Jacobs
Associate Principal
Brad Jacobs, Associate Principal at DaVinci Development Collaborative, LLC, has 20-plus years of experience in development and construction spanning a wide range of project sizes and scope. In the DaVinci spirit of blending Art and Science, Brad combines a technical background in civil engineering with thoughtful leadership skills to provide valuable insight and management capability from project inception through completion.
As an Associate Principal of Development, Brad delivers comprehensive project management and owner-rep services for our clients. His extensive range of experience and flexibility allow him to adapt to a multitude of project types and circumstances. He is currently leading the design and construction team for an innovative mixed-use development that combines several complex features into one project, including deep excavation in a highly sensitive area, mass timber construction, and delivery of multiple product types. Brad is also fully engaged on a large-scale municipal project that involves heavy civil work and new utility infrastructure, plus the construction of multiple buildings and other uses in a campus-style environment.
Before joining DaVinci Development, Brad provided owner rep and development consulting services for a variety of owners and project types. Previous experience includes ground-up development of infrastructure and roadway projects, athletic facilities, educational and technical facilities, mixed-use, commercial office, and retail.
Brad’s educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ohio University, where he studied Civil Engineering. Before spending most of his career in construction management, Brad got his start in Structural Engineering and continues to be a registered Professional Engineer. In addition to managing specific projects, Brad utilizes this skill set to provide technical input to other DaVinci projects.
Brad and his family have lived the urban lifestyle in Atlanta since 2005, but enjoy heading up to the mountains, trees, and lakes of North Georgia as much as possible. When not with family or working, you will likely find Brad on some sort of cycling adventure on roads, trails, and gravel!
