In 2024, Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) engaged DaVinci Development to serve as Development Manager for the planning and construction of a new Experience & Innovation Center at its Westside Midtown headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Center was conceived to elevate the RWC brand, differentiate the company across multiple markets, and establish a distinctive identity that reflects the full breadth of RWC’s capabilities. Envisioned as a state-of-the-art experiential showpiece, the Center serves customers, contractors, partners, shareholders, employees, and other key stakeholders. While celebrating RWC’s rich history of innovation in the plumbing industry, the primary focus is on delivering a flexible, immersive environment where visitors actively engage with and experience RWC’s diverse product portfolio.

At project initiation, DaVinci Development provided real estate development advisory services to help define the project and validate preliminary budgets, schedules, and implementation strategies. As Development Manager, DaVinci served as the owner’s representative, guiding the project from exhibit design through fabrication and field installation, and overseeing all development and construction activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with RWC’s strategic objectives.

Completed in September 2025, the approximately 22,000-square-foot facility features curated exhibition areas showcasing RWC’s history, products, and technological advancements; full-scale product mockups designed for hands-on interaction and training; and dedicated meeting and collaboration spaces that support innovation, creativity, and productive engagement.
