Haverly at Stone Mountain is an existing 360-unit multifamily property located just outside of the city of Stone Mountain, Georgia. Currently encompassing 26 residential buildings, green fields, and the Snapfinger Creek running through the property, Haverly is owned by Bellrock. Through a program called “Deep Alpha,” Bellrock acquires properties with the intention of enriching them through upgraded amenities, community buildings, and engaging landscape architecture.

DaVinci Development was engaged to lead the development management of Bellrock’s first Deep Alpha program in the United States at Haverly. The pinnacle component of the project was the creation of the Dream Lounge, a new 2,600 sf common gathering space that gives Haverly residents a reprieve through space for co-working, coffee, cooking demonstrations, lectures, and other community events. An additional enrichment led by DaVinci Development was the procurement and installation of a prefabricated structure called the Pavilion that allows residents to share a meal in an intimate setting. The Yoga Shala, located adjacent to Snapfinger Creek, is a light, open, wooden structure that gives residents an outdoor room to perform yoga, meditate, and exercise. Further improvements led by DaVinci Development included the renovation of the existing Leasing Office, the management of an innovative new landscape and hardscape, swimming pool deck improvements, and the refurbishment of an Airstream.
