In 2022, First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta (FPC) engaged DaVinci Development to serve as program manager for a major renovation project. The Church was founded in 1848 and has a long-standing and active presence in Midtown Atlanta. The bold redevelopment will further open their campus and ministries to the community and reimagine the property as a manifestation of their mission and values for generations to come.

DaVinci Development is managing and coordinating the planning, design, and construction of FPC’s additions and renovations. DaVinci Development’s keen financial discipline and real-time market pricing connections and strategies have been crucial for accurate budgeting and forecasting. Also key to this project’s success will be minimizing impacts on FPC’s active ministry operations and preschool program. DaVinci Development has created a proactive logistics and phasing plan that will keep inconveniences minimized. As a best practice, the DaVinci Development team has also partnered with FPC to identify key stakeholders and create robust communication plans that will keep constituents engaged and informed from project inception to completion.
