From 2016 to 2018, DaVinci Winstead*, a joint venture between DaVinci Development and The Winstead Group, oversaw the development management for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s (Children’s) outpatient care center, an expansion of their Town Center Campus. Located in Kennesaw, Georgia, Children’s at Town Center is a 48,187-square-foot building, providing a one-stop-shop for many healthcare needs that children and teens commonly face. The facility offers services from urgent care and sports medicine to pediatric specialties in audiology, nephrology, endocrinology, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), general surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation and more. Children’s Outpatient Care Center at Town Center brings many of Children’s services to Cobb County, allowing families in the region to access top-notch doctors and treatments without having to travel to the main hospital buildings further from home.

The project involved careful guidance in coordinating the planning, design construction, and furnishing including medical equipment procurement and installation.
