A unique mixed-use development by Lucror Resources, Waldo's in Historic Old Fourth Ward will include a boutique hotel, creative office space, urban townhomes, and active restaurant and retail spaces - all celebrating the local culture and centered around rich elements of design. DaVinci Development is managing the complex design features, including underground parking, a center courtyard, and the use of a wealth of natural materials incorporating timber frame and post-and-beam construction. With extensive experience in mixed-use development, DaVinci Development has advised each stage of the project, influencing Waldo's design, marketing, capital financing, master planning, schedule, budget, team procurement, and community impact. With sitework currently underway, the development team looks forward to completion in late 2023.
