DaVinci Development was engaged by The Green House Project (GHP) in 2019 to provide strategic planning services after GHP bought The Green House Project trademark from Dr. Bill Thomas. As a nonprofit dedicated to creating viable, non-institutional homes for seniors, GHP initially asked DaVinci Development to help deepen their reach and broaden their impact. This included helping to redefine the GHP brand, increasing GHP's awareness within the senior living industry, developing a business development plan of action, introducing a new Board of Directors, making introductions with thought leaders in the industry, and collaborating on business development efforts. Since that time, DaVinci Development has facilitated the development of a market study protocol and spearheaded the GHP 2.0 Cultural Transformation Initiative, aimed at helping providers reinvent their existing healthcare facilities and implement the GHP Core Values of Meaningful Life, Real Home, and Empowered Staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, research has illustrated the positive impact Green House homes have on mitigating the spread of the virus, keeping elders safe, and providing social connectivity. DaVinci Development continues to curate a message that informs providers, potential GHP adopters, senior living consultants, and consumers of the GHP advantage.
