DaVinci Development was engaged by The Green House Project (GHP) to provide strategic planning services after GHP bought The Green House Project trademark from Bill Thomas.
Intending to deepen the reach and broaden the impact, DaVinci Development helped redefine the GHP brand, create their 2.0 Initiative, develop a business development plan of action, introduce a new board of directors, and collaborate on business development efforts.
By leveraging the collective experience and evidence-base behind the proliferation of Green House homes, GHP launched its 2.0 Initiative aimed at propelling forward the organization's leadership in small-house development with innovative partnerships and efforts designed to improve the lives of elders of varying abilities and levels of care. GHP can embrace its history as leaders of the small house movement and cast a broader net in educating traditional nursing home and small house home providers powered by the Green House philosophy.
GHP is now positioned to better help organizations to support people living with dementia to live rich and rewarding lives by using virtual reality to bolster more confident, empowered, and empathetic staff. Providing a collaborative model of medical education and care management is empowering clinicians and teachers to provide better care for more people where they live and incorporate the GHP model into short-term rehabilitation.
