A unique mixed-use development for Lucror Resources, Waldo's will include a boutique hotel, creative office space, urban townhomes, and vibrant restaurant and retail spaces - all celebrating the local culture and centered around abundant, biophilic elements of design. Waldo's is the perfect place for all aspects of business life-rooms for out-of-town clients, curated food and beverage services for teams and talent on their lunch breaks, and an ideal location in the center of one of Atlanta's hottest neighborhoods. Locals will be attracted to the unique townhomes which take advantage of all that Old 4th Ward and Waldo's have to offer. The project hopes to create a vibrancy that helps companies attract and retain talent. The design features underground parking, a center courtyard, and a wealth of natural materials and light.
DaVinci Development is managing the complex design features, including the underground parking, a center courtyard, a wealth of natural materials as well as incorporating timber frame and post-and-beam construction.
