Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Center for Advanced Pediatrics

Since 2015, DaVinci Winstead, a joint venture between DaVinci Development Collaborative and the Winstead Group, has been working with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to realize their new 70+ acre North Druid Hills campus. The first phase of Children's North Druid Hills campus, completed in 2018, is the Center for Advanced Pediatrics Medical Office Building. The DaVinci Winstead team was instrumental in working hand-in-hand with the client to deliver 250 rooms for patient care, exams, consults, and procedures, totaling 260,000 square feet with a 1,100-space parking deck. The most critical aspect of the mission was to guarantee seamless and uninterrupted service for the patients and staff at Children's North Druid Hills campus, while delivering a state-of-the-art new building. The Center for Advanced Pediatrics is now the only one of its kind in Georgia as it brings together multiple pediatric clinics, programs, and specialists under one roof. It improves the patient experience and allows families easier access to the specialized, multidisciplinary care their children need.
