Alison Gresham is a highly experienced development and construction manager with over a quarter billion dollars of projects completed. Her attention to detail and organizational skills drive the successful coordination of a variety of project work, serving as the central point for communication and decision making between owners and the development & construction teams. Alison has over 20 years of diverse experience in design/bid/build of corporate capital improvement projects, brownfield redevelopments, correctional institutions, K-12 education facilities, and commercial properties. She finds collaborating with the end-users to working with the contractors in the field to be one of many rewarding parts of the project delivery process.
