Lindsay Jonker, an Associate Principal at DaVinci Development Collaborative LLC, brings 20 years of global experience in Design and Construction Management to our team. Lindsay has worked in the United States over the last decade, developing over $250 million of market-rate and affordable multifamily housing. He also has extensive international experience from working on complex large-scale master-planning, real estate, and architectural projects in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, China, and his native South Africa. This enables him to leverage a unique skillset that recognizes the importance of structuring the needs of project economics with the value of well-designed placemaking and planning, to realize globally competitive real estate and long-term community-based value. Lindsay's key areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Pro Forma Development, Conceptual Design Analysis, Overall Senior Project Implementation, Accountability for Project Development, and Construction Execution.
