Kathleen Goff Associate Principal

Kathleen Goff, Associate Principal, leads DaVinci Development Collaborative, LLC's senior living initiatives. Drawing upon her 35 years of experience in the senior living industry, Kathleen possesses a keen understanding of the senior living market and focuses on helping clients create distinctive and innovative environments and experiences for their residents that are operationally and financially viable. Kathleen facilitates strategic and master planning initiatives and works with the DaVinci Development team orchestrating the development process. Utilizing strengths such as relationship building, strategic networking and a bevy of contacts throughout the country, she brings teams together who embrace and implement the clients' vision. Additionally, Kathleen is skilled with the development and implementation of business development plans, critical/strategic thinking regarding client and staff retention, growth and other initiatives including defining/refining brand ingenuity.
