Terminus 200

Terminus 200 was the second major office building within the Terminus master plan.

Emory Point

Created to serve the growing needs of the Emory community, the Centers for Disease and Control and Emory Hospital.

Terminus 100

Terminus 100 is a 650,000 32-story Class-A office building in the center of Buckhead, specifically targeted for the top Class-A tenants in the marketplace.

Flatiron City

This project is a complete renovation and re-positioning of a 118 year-old landmark skyscraper into a modern innovation and entrepreneurial center.
